Dashlane was a game-changer for me to manage all my passwords. FreshBooks makes it easy to track my expenses. I’ll probably drop Zoom since I can do video conferencing, not just podcast recording, with Riverside. Plus, the video and audio quality are better.

Podcasting

Calendly is one of my favorite tools. I’ve been able to schedule intro calls and podcast recordings with guests easily. Canva is another tool I use nearly every day.

Digital Storage

• Google Drive 5TB $20.83 ($249.99 per year)

Have you figured out a digital storage solution to back up all your files? I still haven’t figured it out, and I’m probably spending too much money on it. I’d like to have one, but since I use an iPhone, I don’t think I’ll be able to get rid of Apple iCloud due to my photo and video library. I love the Dropbox interface, but Google offers more space for a lower price.

I get Gemini Pro/Plus because I pay for Google Workspace. I love NotebookLM, and use it a lot. It keeps getting better and better.
